Most projects include two kinds of coverage:

What Your Warranty Can Include

Manufacturer Warranty (Materials)

Manufacturer warranties cover the roofing products used on your home. Depending on the system, that may include shingles or membranes, and specific components required to complete the roof properly.

Manufacturer coverage is based on the manufacturer’s published terms. Some warranties require approved components, correct installation practices, and registration to activate full coverage.

If your roof includes manufacturer-backed warranty coverage, we’ll walk you through what it covers and what paperwork is needed.

Workmanship Warranty (Installation)

United Roofing & Siding includes a 15-year workmanship warranty on qualifying projects. Our workmanship warranty covers issues caused by installation. If something we installed fails because it wasn’t installed correctly, that’s on us.

We don’t hide behind fine print. If we made the mistake, we fix it.

Workmanship warranty coverage is tied to the scope of work in your signed agreement. The written agreement controls the exact terms, including what work is covered and any project-specific exclusions.

Certifications & Credentials

We believe in proof over promises. Certifications matter because they show we meet manufacturer standards and help support stronger warranty options on qualifying systems. We also provide clear proof of insurance, and we can provide a certificate of insurance through our insurance request form here

Manufacturer certifications require ongoing requirements such as training, installation standards, and adherence to system rules. When your project qualifies for an enhanced manufacturer warranty, we’ll explain the option clearly and provide the related documentation.
