Do I have to pull my own building permits?

What happens if it rains?
Rain doesn’t derail your project. We monitor Upstate NY micro-climates with professional-grade forecasting tools. If showers are on the horizon, we immediately tarp any exposed decking using industrial-strength, breathable covers anchored by water-filled barrels (not flimsy plastic), preventing water infiltration and mold risk. You’ll receive a text or email update explaining the tarp strategy, expected pause, and revised timeline—no soggy surprises come inspection day
Will I end up picking nails out of my yard?
Absolutely not. Every evening, our crews fan-out your entire property with high-power magnetic sweepers—across lawns, driveways, patios, and flowerbeds. Before we pack up for good, we perform a final “yard audit,” visually inspecting every inch and clearing even the tiniest metal fragments. How will I know about any extra costs?
